By submitting this application, you are giving VOM WARDHAUS LLC and its associates permission to do a background check, call your references, and determine your physical location with GPS and other mapping applications. Your puppy will have AKC or USCA registration, a microchip, a health check, and the first vaccinations recommended by our veterinarian. Shipping charges are additional. If applicable, shipping costs will be estimated to include all transportation, a transport crate, and the health certificate.

Your puppy will have USCA registration, a microchip, and its first veterinarian-recommended vaccinations. ** NO PUPPY WILL BE SHIPPED OR DELIVERED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE SEPARATE FROM PUPPY PRICE. ** If you ship, you have the option (in most cases) to provide transportation for your puppy. You will be responsible for all costs. Vom WardHaus German Shepherds must approve all details before we will ship any puppy.

Information on Puppy Selection: VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS will do everything possible to have a puppy for your family that fits temperament, gender, and coat length (long or short/stock) specifications within a reasonable length of time (generally 1-2 litters).  If we offer a puppy that fits your stated requirements and you decline, for any reason, from 2 liters, you forfeit your place on the puppy list.  Further, if you decline the offering of a puppy within one and a half years (18 calendar months) of deposit/payment in full, we will consider your deposit/payment in full forfeited and that you no longer wish to purchase a VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS puppy/dog (unless arrangements are made). If you want to place a deposit on a litter that is a year away, we will re-negotiate the time frame.

Information on Payment: The final payment is due when the puppy is 6 weeks old. Otherwise, you will release your rights to this puppy to VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS, and that puppy will become available. We will move your deposit to the next available litter. Non-refundable deposits will be rolled over until the preferred puppy/dog is available (within the specified terms listed above); there will be no refunds. VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS owners/sellers and persons connected with this company reserve the right to decline/refuse the sale of a puppy for any reason. VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERDS also reserves the right to choose kennel/first pick.

Filling out and submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance or agreement to sell; it is an application to purchase a VOM WARDHAUS GERMAN SHEPHERD dog and/or puppy.
